Choosing a Licensing Model
There are a number of reasons why our clients prefer our annual licensing model over individually using one or more assessments. Regardless of which model you choose, we will conduct a talent analytics study within your firm to identify the most effective scientific assessments for your situation.
If you choose the annual license, the fee is based on the identified assessments, the number of employees in your firm, and your average turnover rate. You will have an unlimited number of assessments to use for the annual contract period.
