Dr. Edwards is a leader in all aspects of his professional life. For AOE Science, he is Chief Scientist and directs the development and validation of AOE Assessments. Bryan is also the executive director of the Eastin Center for Talent Development at Oklahoma State University – a center that focuses on the complete development of future leaders. Bryan was named an Executives Fellow in recognition for his leadership role in the development of the groundbreaking PhD in Business for Executives in the Watson Graduate School at Oklahoma State University. He also serves on the editorial boards of some of the prestigious journals in the field of management, including:

IMG_4168Bryan focuses on two primary approaches to maximizing the health, production, and well-being of people at work. First, person-organization fit is the key to getting the right people in the right jobs for the right reasons. In particular, Bryan has developed selection systems and training programs for jobs across the US in both private and public organizations. Although selecting the right people for a given job is important, jobs can change and new opportunities arise. Therefore, Bryan’s second approach involves leading positive organizational change that makes it easier, safer, and more enjoyable for people to do their jobs.
