Matt joined AOE shortly after receiving his Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa, where he is currently completing his Ph.D. Matt’s educational and applied pursuits are driven by a passion for developing solutions to improve efficiency in research and practice. Throughout his educational career, Matt has developed expertise in personality, psychometrics, and statistics.
Matt received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Colorado State University in 2013, where he majored in psychology with a concentration in industrial-organizational psychology. Now, at The University of Tulsa, he continues to display leadership in this field by mentoring graduate students, serving on program committees, and acting as a resource for questions about data manipulation and statistical analyses.
